Terms and Conditions of Falak TV Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Falak TV platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the Service. Should we decide to modify our Terms of Use, we will post a new dated version on our websites. Therefore, we invite you to review these terms from time to time to familiarize yourself with any changes.

2. Eligibility People of all ages may use the Platform's services – if there are age restrictions for any content, a warning will be issued, and the audience will be asked to follow the age limit specified by the provider. There may be a collection of children's content available separately in dedicated categories. If children wish to access adult content, they must obtain parental consent.

1. The availability of the Falak TV Service in a particular jurisdiction.
2. The availability of the Falak TV Service for any particular device, operating system, or browser.
3. The continued support for a specific feature of the Falak TV Service.
4. The quality of display of any program. Falak TV does not guarantee that you will be able to use the Falak TV Service at all times, or view any program without interruption, or free from errors, or displayed with a certain resolution. The quality of your viewing experience depends on a number of factors, including your viewing device and the quality of your internet connection.

7. The content of any program or the suitability of any program for any audience. All opinions and statements expressed by or in the programs (or related materials) are those of the Producer and/or the persons involved in the production of the program, and not those of Falak TV.

11. Any actions or omissions of the Producers regarding your personal information. Producers may provide links to other Producer websites or third-party websites. Falak TV assumes no responsibility for the content or any interactions or transactions that may occur on or through any such site.

13. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falak TV, its parent company, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants, agents, suppliers, or partners (including Producers) shall not be liable for:

1. Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses;
2. Damages related to any dispute between you and a Producer or another Falak TV user;
3. Damages exceeding the greater of €100 or the amounts paid by you to Falak TV during the 12 months preceding the submission of your claim. The aforementioned limitations apply to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, whether Falak TV (or a Producer) has been informed of the possibility of such damages, and whether the remedies specified herein are considered to have failed their essential purpose. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability as set forth above, so these limitations may not apply to you.

14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify Falak TV, its affiliates, and employees against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:

1. Unauthorized use of any program;
2. Your breach of this Agreement or violation of any law or third-party right;
3. Any content you upload or submit to us without our express consent.

15. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Iran, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tehran, Islamic Republic of Iran.

16. Changes to the Terms Falak TV reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Service, and you will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
